**HR Senior Manager, Mexico Business Services**
**Main Purpose**
This role is responsible for setting and deploying the HRBP agenda for, primarily, a designated function in MBS on related HR topics: Talent Sustainability, Organization, Total Rewards, Change Management, Communication, Training and Talent Management
The role is responsible for the Hire to Retire HR processes, continuous process improvement and optimization of local HR Services (Total Rewards & Benefits administration, Talent Acquisition,
Employee Processes, and Talent management),
This role develops local people strategy aligned to GBS HR and functional transformation, ensuring the right change management strategy and communication plan and a flawless execution.
**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Partner with MBS HR Director to contribute to the Hub's strategy, processes and standards for all HR Service Integration aspects: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes.
Identifies risks to the delivery of the MBS strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it.
- Support the HR strategy and coordinate cross-functional / level teams for the execution of initiatives in the field
- Leads the MBS People Planning process for designated functions addressing critical position's succession planning, key talent development, talent action plans for key employee retention.
- Leads local talent management processes ensuring execution of development plans, communications, and ensures the integration of the GBS HR strategy throughout MBS hub.
- Support talent development and exchange across delivery teams to ensure that future organization structure allows to attract and retain the best talent for the future
- Guide and lead Organizational Design and Implementation according to the functional needs, in alignment with Global HRBP
- Build and deploy a strong culture/diversity plan for the function to support the business objectives achievement and promote employee satisfaction.
- Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout designated function
- Manages OHS topics, including the wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity, and culture and communications committees.
- Determines, recommends, and conducts employee labor relations ensuring operation continuity and zero contingencies, in partnership with the local HR for each country where we have "in market" resources
- Mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked, and executed with the right escalation and support model.
- Ensure compliance with the Mexican legal framework, labor law strategy, SOX requirements, etc.
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's policies & guidelines

Qualifications:
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months
**Education/requirements**
- MBA or similar
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- At least 8 years of HR experience
- Proven Strong leadership skills to manage the relation with business leaders as well as technical leaders related with different teams (field and staff)
