**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be supporting our LATAM Commercial Teams, Systems, and Processes.
- You will be ensuring maximum adoption, effective training,



and accurate and reliable data.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams on strategic planning, continuous improvement efforts, and data analysis to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable business insights, to support the business decision making process, enable sustainable profitable growth, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial system.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Champion CRM, assisting field sales management, streamlines business processes, and train/promote the use of customer relationship management systems.
(Oracle Sales Cloud)
- Lead region-wide promotion and training of the CRM to drive the consistent use and adoption of our CRM suite of tools, while also ensuring the CRM functions align on a global scale to provide consistent user experience across regions.
- Manage and training on sales systems and databases (Oracle Sales Cloud,OTBI).
- Develop and project manage strategic roadmaps and execution requirements that improve the experience for both customers and customer-facing employees.




- Create a continuous improvement culture by documenting current state processes and implement business process improvement solutions to automate, where possible, and improve CRM business processes and infrastructure.
- Effectively facilitate workshops using project management, continuous improvement and change management principles.
- Work with key business stakeholders to understand business requirements, through a combination of process mapping, and feedback from cross-functional teams, in order to work to align requirements across divisions, functions, and regions (Mexico and LATAM) to ensure a streamlined experience for CRM Users.
- Support ancillary sales support functions such as recurring and ad-hoc reporting, data administrative duties, and customer setup processes,




- Document business requirements and act as link between business and IT teams.
- Works closely with business unit leaders and support annual growth initiatives and special Commercial projects.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 - 7 years of Sales Enablement/ Operations or related work experience.
- Track record of continuously seeking out and improving business processes (i.e.
BPM), and/or managing Change Initiatives (PM/ OCM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Excellent listening skills
- Skilled at facilitating current-state workshops, gathering business requirements, and managing change/improvement projects
- Program/Project management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
- Adaptable to shifting tasks and priorities




- Requires proactive approach, decisiveness, and willingness to take action based on data
- English and Spanish Language
- Demonstrated professionalism, public relation skills and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prioritization skills and make good decisions in times of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of organization and functions.
- Self-starter, with ability to operate independently.
- Must organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a team member.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; Attention to detail and a high need for accuracy.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales principles, with replacement market background preferred.




- Understanding of business strategy and demonstrated ability to translate strategy into business opportunities.
- Ability to lead, organize, or support project teams and/or their efforts.
- Ability to synthesize data and customer insight to develop innovative responses to market opportunities.
- Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Suites, working knowledge of ERP and CRM process is a requirement.
