**Overview***:
Emerge is seeking a Sales Support Representative to effectively support a Co-Sell program in the cloud computing platforms space. In the role of Software Test Engineer, you will be working on our engineering team to help create quality software products by developing and executing tests, as well as effectively reporting issues. You’ll also leverage your knowledge of CRM to help create software that delivers a world class experience to enterprise customers across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:
Support:
- Identifying, analyzing, and accurately reporting issues, functionality, and inconsistencies in the software.
Using Quality Assurance knowledge to develop automated tests/test procedures.
Collaboration:
- Participating in the development and documentation of key operational processes and checklists, and product specifications.
- Working with our product team and other internal stakeholders as required to understand the global product vision

**Qualifications***:
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Git
- Experience with one or more JavaScript testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Puppeteer, etc.- Have experience with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tools
- Have experience with full-stack development, distributed systems and/or relational databases (preferred)
- Have experience building and running cloud architectures (AWS & Azure) (preferred)
- Are naturally detail oriented; a passion for delivering high quality, consistently
- Have demonstrated ability to work independently and manage to timelines and milestones
- Have natural curiosity to seek out best practices and learn new approaches & tools to improve efficiency
- Are professional, polished, and patient under pressure
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related work experience
