**Who are we looking for?
***:**Qualifications**:- Ph.D or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering- Minimum of 15-20 years relevant experience in related field, with a PhD (greater number of years of experience with lesser degree of education)- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication and writing skills- Demonstrated leadership skills- Experience using ideation tools (TRIZ, etc.
)- Ability to solve ambiguous, less-defined problems- Ability to judge technical merits and economics of projects- Strong project management skills Experience in refinery conversion and petrochemical process is requirement.




Knowledge of waste plastics chemical recycling would be a plus for this role.- Extensive experience in modeling of chemical processes and the use of computational tools such as ASPEN Plus or ASPEN Utilities, Aspen Icarus or equivalents.
You are knowledgeable about thermodynamics, energy/exergy analysis and sustainability.- Experience within process development in an industrial research and development environment- Team player but you are also able to work independently on your contribution.- Experience working in a global and multi-cultural environment and respect other cultures.- Persevering and challenging attitude towards your work environment.- Critical observer as well as a conceptual and analytical thinker.- Able to spot opportunities and translate these into value propositions for the business.- Ability to present project proposals and results in a convincing manner to both business and manufacturing management
