**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for supporting and administering the Mexico benefits programs and conduct analysis for any topic related to compensation and benefits,
the role will work closely with HR teams for Mexico and South America locations and Leadership.
**Key responsibilities**:
Medical and Life Coverage
- Conduct and support annual renewal process, have close communication with HRBP´s in all locations to deliver renewal policies to employees, process annual renewal payment to the insurer, drive employee information audits between the different locations with ups and downs to ensure active employees are covered under the medical policy.
- Provide employee orientation about medical and life coverage for new hires in all Mexico locations, support employee requests (reimbursement, surgery scheduling, network hospital search, any medical urgency), following up on employee claims until it is closed.
- Process changes, ups and downs in the medical policy for Commercial and DC´s
- Liaison between the carrier and the employee.
- Analyze market data trends and provide recommendations
Pension Plan
- Advise employees for all locations on the program, employee orientation and enrollment,
Liaison between the carrier/Fiduciary and the employee, monthly track participants, support employees in retirement process.
Company Car
- Responsible for the Mexico fleet car administration, advise eligible employees on the benefit or working tool, employee orientation based on current car policy.
- Track due dates for replacements/new assignments for new hires, process requisitions in oracle for replacements/new assignments, work closely with Procurement and the Lessor until the car is assigned to the employee, including the first environmental regulation, tenure and plates.
- Responsible for the leasing agreements control and process monthly payments to the lessor, responsible to prepare and get signed the employee agreement for the assignation.
- Liaison between the lessor and the employee in the vehicle purchasing process at the final of the leasing term.
- Conduct random audits to employees to ensure they are complying with local/federal laws, environmental regulations and the employee is maintaining the car in good conditions and the maintenance required.
- Process monthly payments for car insurance of the fleet car, including leasing cars and employee´s cars, working with Payroll for employee discounts.
- Support employees in any automobile accident.
Canteen service/Cafeteria
- Responsible for the access control to the Santa Fe canteen service, process weekly payments to the provider and work with payroll to process discounts to employees.
Compensation
- Support annual salary planning process for the region,
GGB annual payment process, SIP and MIP monthly payments and requests
- Conduct job evaluations analysis and recommendations
- Analyze market data information and propose compensation recommendations
- Conduct Side By Side analysis and recommendations for new hires and promotions
- Support annual compensation surveys and spot surveys as needed
- New positions creation into the system
- Provide guidance to HR teams in GGPS, compensation topics, market data, etc. as needed
- Other tasks or duties assigned to support business needs in the Region
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-4 years - HR or Compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration/Human Resources or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information
- Continues focus on improvement
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems, propose alternative solutions and recommendations that may implement an effective course of action
- Solving problems
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in building relationships with employees and business leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English language (preferred)
