.We are looking for a Senior Manager, Cyber and Information Security Risk to join us.In this role you will lead delivery role for complex security functions reducing risk, improving defensive capabilities, and mitigating cyber threats to both Thomson Reuters and its customers.
**About the Role**:As a Senior Manager, Cyber and Information Security Risk, you will:- Work closely with members of the broader Risk & Compliance, CISO, Internal Audit and business functions, to further strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive enterprise framework adoption.- Support the development and implementation of the technology and cyber risk framework as it evolves to meet business needs, changes across the threat landscape,
regulatory and legal developments and to keep pace with industry best practices.- Conduct risk analysis and assurance work as required, including threat management, trend analysis and control design and operating effectiveness reviews.- Further mature risk reporting for Cyber and Information Security, driven by data and aligned with industry standards and relevant frameworks.- Provide independent review and challenge risk mitigation efforts.

You are keen to help others and to are driven to take things forward.- You have more than 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.- You are more than familiar with Cyber Security relevant industry frameworks (i.E., NIST CSF, NIST C-SCRM, MITRE ATT&CK; etc.
).- You keep abreast of industry changes, including regulatory and legal developments, as well as best practices.
