:- Measures and reports on effectiveness and ROI of Sales Enablement Programs, Initiatives, and Tools- Manages scheduling of enablement sessions and reporting post-event- Conduct surveys and interviews within assigned scope to determine Enablement needs- Develops and maintains a training calendar for visibility to all stakeholders- Manages content governance program for Sales Enablement platform by sharing content performance and working with SMEs to retire and update content as appropriate- Curates internal facing sales enablement documentation, videos, and assets- Enables effective sales team usage of Sales Enablement Tech stack tools such as Sales Navigator, HighSpot, ZoomInfo by providing demonstrations, sharing best practices,
performing 1:1 assistance, and office hours as necessary- Ad hoc projects and duties as per needs of the business- At least 5 years of experience in a sales enablement role or similar positions such as sales training, sales operations, or sales management- Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Experience in the specific industry the company operates in (e.G., SaaS, healthcare, finance) can be advantageous.- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms Sales Navigator, HighSpot, ZoomInfo, Power BI, and Salesforce- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively- Ability to align sales enablement strategies with overall business objectives and sales goalsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
