As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, and other business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.As a key member of the Supply Chain Innovation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's supply chain strategy and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Innovation and manage an analyst in country to support our supply chain efforts.
You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across Technology, Demand Supply Management, Finance, and Corporate Strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategies.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic manager to lead our supply chain strategy efforts in Mexico.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvement.8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategy and operationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholdersHighly proficient in Spanish and EnglishWhat You'll Work OnAs a Manager, Supply Chain Innovation, you will work on developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
