Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills.
This role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are executed according to plan and within budget.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Oversee testing and validation processes.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future project management processes and methodologies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum).
Strong technical background.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Other Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
