Team Overview:
As a Grocery Operations Analyst you would collaborate with a dynamic team focused on managing shoppers, card transactions, and optimizing bag usage.
You would work alongside passionate professionals, gaining valuable experience in Didi's fast-paced grocery operations environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the shopper experience.
- Supporting the development and implementation of efficient shopper management strategies.
- Participating in projects related to card activation, payment processes, and troubleshooting issues.
- Optimizing bag management to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Creating and updating process documentation.
- Managing the opening and closing of stores based on shopper availability.
- Handling shopper registration, verification, and deactivation processes.
- Calculating and reviewing shopper bonuses.
- Resolving issues related to the app, payments, and cards.
- Managing the inventory of cards and bags.
- Overseeing the shipment of bags and cards to stores.
- Providing daily reports on card and shopper distribution progress.
- Supporting invoicing processes and following up on restocking needs.
Role Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
