This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions.What You'll DoProvide partnership and support in the areas of organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development and employee engagementIdentify and address critical organizational and people issues,
and remove barriers impeding the success of the businessIdentify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retentionBuild performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedbackAlign with the business leaders and broader HRBP team to deliver key initiatives & special projects – Contribute to company-wide programs that drive employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous process improvement to the business, including Engagement Survey, Bi-annual performance review cycleAct as the primary point of contact for all HR and people-related matters in our Mexico City office
