This is a dynamic team with strategic thinkers that have a passion for client success and a proven ability to drive results which makes a significant impact on our business in Latin America.Responsibilities and Impact:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee our Latin American Account Management team, specifically managing the holistic Market Intelligence portfolio.
This role will be pivotal in driving retention and revenue growth across a diverse regional account portfolio valued at $39M.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client strategy development, performance optimization through analytics, and team leadership.Lead the Latin American Account Management team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client engagement and business successDevelop and implement comprehensive client strategies that drive retention and revenue growth across Central America, the Caribbean (excluding Bermuda and Cayman Islands), and South AmericaUtilize analytics to optimize account performance and identify growth opportunities within the portfolioManage change effectively within the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demandsCultivate strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and satisfaction to support long-term business successCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align account management strategies with overall business goalsMentor and develop team members,
promoting professional growth and a collaborative work environmentStay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Basic Required QualificationsMinimum of 15 years of experience in account management or related fields, with a focus on regional portfoliosProven track record of driving retention and revenue growth in a similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy developmentExceptional change management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transitionsCommercial acumen with a strong understanding of the Latin American market dynamicsBilingual proficiency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levelsPlease note: The hiring process will be completed in English.
