This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the sales customer team.
The Trade Promotion Mgmt Sr. Analyst will work with members of a National & Division customer team to achieve sales growth and profit objectives (Volume, Net Revenue, Profit – both for PepsiCo and the Customer).Your ImpactAs Trade Promotion Mgmt Sr. Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Act as the point of contact for all Retail team related communication and performance management on behalf of the Trade Promotions CoE.Act as the voice of the team within the organization and with stakeholders.Becoming aware of business trends, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, historical category learnings etc.
to make forecast recommendations and highlight potential issues within the current Customer build.Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business value.Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address stakeholders' needs and concerns.Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of deliverables through verbal and written interactions.Manage account health and identify opportunities to improve processes.Collaborate with stakeholders on daily operations.Ensuring accuracy of TPM planning models and communicating changes to internal team.Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management/Account Management.Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance.Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience desirable.Excel - Intermediate-advanced.English - Advanced
