In this role, you will guide the development and execution of social media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to refine strategies and drive engagement.
This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to succeed in a fast-paced environment.What are we looking for?
Our Account Supervisor has a knack for the following skills:Communication:Build and maintain meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business issues, strategies, initiatives, and priorities.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating expectations and project status clearly,
and addressing any concerns promptly.Facilitate transparent and open communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.Analytics:Analyze client objectives and performance data to provide creative solutions that meet business needs and drive results.Review social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and ensure strategies are effectively achieving client goals.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media engagement, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.Leadership:Lead a small team of social media managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.Oversee the quality assurance process for all social media content calendars and postings,
ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.Manage the approval process for all deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks across various projects.Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving
