You would have the excellent opportunity to lead and execute the strategic marketing vision for the company.Role ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing a comprehensive global brand strategy and vision aligned with DiDi's overall business objectives and values.Leading brand positioning, messaging, and identity development to differentiate DiDi in the competitive marketplace.Establish brand standards, guidelines, and processes to maintain consistency, quality, and brand voice across all touchpoints.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and communications teams, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Developing strategies based on market and user insights,



understanding also the needs of frontline teams.Overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and creative assets that resonate with diverse audiences.Managing brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize brand impact and ROI.Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to track brand health, awareness, and perception.Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand innovation.Leading social media and content strategy team: Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives, target audience preferences, and market trends.Collaborating with content creators to ensure high-quality,



engaging content is produced consistently.Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.Providing guidance, mentorship, and developing the brand and content team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Role QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
