.Overview and SummaryThis position is responsible for the delivery of client services on an account team.
The Sr.
Consultant is focused on both technical & client handling skills, with a heavier focus on client handling and relationship building.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor, process, verify and ensure the reliability of accounting, operational, financial and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Track, process,
analyze and verify data to improve accuracy and quality.Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.Train our clients in the use of our internal management reporting software and in improving the quality of the data reported.Provide technical and operational support to users.Serve as a contact for, and develop relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner being mindful of client satisfaction.Plan, organize, develop and deliver client-requested reports, deliverables and projects on time, adhering to client requested specifications.Adhere to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.Use technical skills to accurately update and maintain Urban Science internal software systems.Partner with internal teams to ensure that software is properly set up and functioning at established quality levels.Coordinate projects and participate in the continuous development of our systems in collaboration with our internal team.Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks and projects on time and with high quality.Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status,
conclusions and results.Proactively communicate with management to provide updates and report issues in a timely manner.Work with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.Actively work with manager to understand and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction.Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to better understand the proposal process.Work with manager in completing annual goal setting and performance review promptly.Actively support and participate in required Urban Science training programs to achieve targeted development objectives.Qualifications - Education and ExperienceQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
