**_Position Summary:_**
**_
Job Requirements:_**
- _ High school diploma or equivalent required_
- _ Specific knowledge of HR Finance functions preferred, e.g., Time & Expense, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, etc._
- _ Approximately 0-7 years of related experience preferred_
- _ Customer Service Call Center experience preferred_
- _ 100% fluent in English in both written and verbal forms. (mandatory)._

Essential Functions of the Job:_**
- _ Performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision in accordance with department policies and procedures_
- _ Provides call center support to EY personnel and external parties regarding Finance transactions_
- _ Escalates calls to leadership as appropriate_
- _ Document’s inquiries and resolution status_
- _ Identifies process issues and suggests solutions_
- _ Assists with special projects as requested_
- _ Meets production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management_
- Additional responsibilities may include:_
- _ Act as a mentor and resource to less experienced staff_
- _ Advocate and train new processes and procedures as needed_
- _ Collaborate and knowledge-share best practices to improve department efficiencies_
- _ Act as a point of escalation for urgent matters_

Analytical/Decision-Making Responsibilities_**_:_
- _ Understands the Firm’s business, organization structure, and Finance operations_
- _ Frequently educating our partners/employees on policies and procedures_
- _ Understands the dependencies that exist with other Finance departments, including but not limited to Time & Expense, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable_

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:_**
- _ Ability to research, analyze, interpret,
and document transactions and issues with mínimal supervision, following standard HRSSC procedures_
- _ Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines_
- _ Effective verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy_
- _ Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; meets new challenges and changes with an open mind; demonstrates a commitment to the job_
- _ Works effectively with others within the HRSSC, field APT Finance Customer Support center, and other EY personnel and external parties_
- _ Proficient with Firm standard technology including Windows, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Intranet, Case_
- _ Anticipate clients’ needs,
identifies and resolve issues that impact the delivery of quality service_

Supervision Responsibilities:_**
- _ This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor_

Other Requirements:_**
- Working hours, flexible work arrangements, and time off may be limited during specific times due to business demands. All overtime must be approved in advance._
