As a Service desk and support manager, you will form part of the Service Management track within the IT function.
You will help support business-wide and IT objectives using ITIL methodology best practices for incident, problem, and knowledge centered support as well as Change Management.
You will coordinate the different activities of the service desk team to guarantee the business continuity, inform and advise senior management about service desk issues and concerns associated with those issues and solve the level 1 and level 2 IT tickets reported by the system clients.
**Main Responsibilities.
**
- Managerial responsibilities, developing, and training the service desk team.




- Ensure that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, audited, and improved.
- Conduct and share results from service and operation performance reviews.
- Promote the service desk with senior management and work to ensure that it is viewed as a core business asset.
- Coordinate all relevant partners, including the support desk team, customers, and other teams that are involved in service desk operations
- Be aware of and managing the costs of running the service desks.
**Qualifications**.
- 6+ years' experience as a Help desk manager.
- Experience with help desk and remote control software.
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
- Advanced English skills.
- ITIL methodology understanding.
