Apply now and grow with us!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute brand strategies to ensure consistent sales and marketing messaging.Evaluate and understand potential client needs and requirements.Build and maintain productive business relationships with customers to enhance access and sales results.Provide feedback on marketplace trends, challenges, and product access to Directors/VPs and the President.Collaborate with the Executive Team to set goals and implement plans for skill enhancement and improved sales outcomes.Stay updated on database information and reporting.Analyze advertising account data and present findings to new clients.Assist with product demonstrations and company presentations.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.Conduct regular follow-ups with VPs to assess recruiting efforts.Experience & Education:Proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated, and resourceful in exceeding sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.Ability to grasp complex technical and business concepts quickly and communicate them clearly and precisely.Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate speaking style, crucial for engaging decision-makers during cold calls using a distinguishable American accent
