We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Engineering to lead a team of developers and engineers in driving the digital transformation of our bank.
As Head of Digital Engineering, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our digital engineering strategy, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital engineering team.Responsibilities:Develop and implement the bank's digital engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needsLead and manage a team of digital engineers and developers,



providing guidance and support as neededCollaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize digital projects and initiativesOversee the design and development of new digital platforms and services, ensuring high-quality and robustnessManage the implementation of new technologies and platforms to support the bank's digital transformationEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partnersEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital engineering and information securityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in digital engineering, software development, or related fieldProven track record of successfully leading and managing large digital engineering teamsExtensive knowledge of digital technologies and architectures, including web and mobile development, cloud computing, APIs/Microservices, middleware platforms, and automationStrong understanding of information security best practices and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, collaboration,
