**What You Will Do**:
- Plan and execute the External Communications strategy to Stryker Latin America.
- Regional and local approach to strengthen Stryker´s brand and reputation.
- Plan and implement the External Communication strategy in the Region, including Media Relations, Executive Thought Leadership and segmented communications to other stakeholders.
- Work aligned with the global communications and the regional marketing teams to support the business strategy and goals.
- Collaborate to the Crisis Communications efforts.
- Plan and manage the spokespeople training agenda.
- Build relationship and trust with Stryker´s spokespeople.
- Manage external PR Agencies based in different countries.
- Implement and execute the plan accordingly, and efficiently manage the budget, vendors and partners.
- Register and report KPIs periodically Be the company´s Media Policy ambassador Compliance:
- Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA),
and in accordance with the highest ethical standards
- Must follow the company's code of conduct, policies and processes
**What You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications - Journalism and/or Public Relations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable to have both corporative and agency experience
- To have skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- To be fluent in the languages: English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Have flexibility to travel within the Latin American region
- Someone with excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and writing skills, organizational abilities, confidentiality maintenance, multitasking skills, and the ability to adapt global content to local contexts.
