**Company Description**

**DY Corporation** is a South Korean company founded in 1978.
Throughout the years DY has become a globally competitive supplier of hydro automotive components for industrial machinery mainly focused in heavy duty.
DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and soon to be Mexico.
The site in Mexico is named **DY Mechatronics** and it is now in construction, expecting to be finished by the end of 2024.
It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.

**Role Description**





This is a full-time on-site role as a Manufacturing Process Coordinator located in Nuevo Leon.
The Manufacturing Process Coordinator will be responsible for optimize, improve and streamline production processes, with a special focus on welding, painting and CNC machining.
The main objective of this position is to identify opportunities in production processes, develop and implement new continuous improvement methodologies and innovative solutions to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs and ensure the overall quality of the final product.
The Manufacturing Process Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the teams in these areas.
**Main functions**
- Generate, together with the Production Management, the KPIs that govern them in the area, work on them periodically and report them to the production director, measuring, among other things, the effectiveness and efficiency of the production staff and the production machines.
- Preparation of documentation: PFMA, ISHIKAWA, CONTROL PLAN, check list, visual aids, 8D




- Basic knowledge of robot and PLC management.
- Experience in working with ISO, environmental and safety standards
- Knowledge of painting, welding and CNC machining processes.
- Development of CNC programs for continuous process improvement
- Design of CAD plans
- Monitoring of machine performance, identifying any technical problems to request their resolution in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery.
- Generation of a safe work style, following compliance with the company's safety policies
- Experience in the metal machinery field (Not automotive)

**Essential Requirements**
- Solid knowledge in creating documentation for production processes.
- Management of programs to prepare G and M codes for CNC programming




- Previous experience in a similar role (Process engineer), with a focus on the production of precision parts.
- Ability to perform machine adjustments and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate with other departments.

**Recruitment Process**

Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico.
It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews.
The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check.
The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team.
The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice-president and staff in which the final decision is made.

Sueldo: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 al mes
