**Production Development Specialist - Night Shift**:

Optimize the Production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety.
**This position reports to**:
Production Development Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety, and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing - AutoCAD.
- Design software 3D - NPI New Product Implementation.
- 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Manufacturing Assembly Knowledge.
- Intermediate - advanced English level.
