We are a multidisciplinary team specialized both in Finance and all layers of Information Technology (functional, front-end, back-end, data science, big data, and infrastructure).

This is also a reason why MAT is capable of being updated with the latest technologies in a constant developing environment.
We are looking for a person responsible for maximizing the value of the product delivered by the team and collaborate with all areas of the company to implement and use agile methodologies in the most appropriate way at all times and always at the service of the company's objectives.
**What will your day-to-day work be like?
**
Act as Junior Product Owner for the team with agile methodologies, maximizing the value of the delivered product.
Liaise with different teams (Business, Operations, Technology...) and stakeholders to understand business opportunities.
Lead deliveries and features "end to end".
Manage and prioritize the Backlog as a whole and align it with the business direction.
Prioritize and management of change within the established planning, actively helping to achieve objectives.
**What else do we need?
**
- Previous experience in Product Management and/or Product Ownership.
- Strong knowledge of software development and agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Technology and product focused background.
- Experience in defining requirements and planning priorities.
- Experience with Jira Cloud.
- High level of English
