in the position as Sales Representative.

**The functions of the position to be held are, but are not limited to the following**:

- Develop customers and a sustainable business structure for the company.
The goal will be revised on an annual basis.
- Develop new prospects thru different channels such as internet, LinkedIn, networks, tradeshows, internal lead follow-up and other market research.
- Constantly visiting clients and business structures in the assigned region,



making offers of our materials and services, as well as information gathering, quotes and negotiations.
- Elaborate projects and quotes, receive purchase orders, process them and give constant follow-up
of orders and/or projects with the support of their business structures and Mexico (after sales activities).
- Develop and maintain cordial business relationships with our customers, within a human, ethical and legal framework in accordance with the principles and standards of the company.
- Maintain an orderly, understandable and communicable control of your sales activities, business structures and above all of the network of contacts and customers developed by you.
- Communicate quickly, directly and assertively to the corporation any situation that puts at risk the objectives of our clients, partners and business structures in Mexico.
- Define and organize your regional work scheme to set metrics, objectives and scope, considering your own business structure and the relevant Mexico teams.
- Be a proud representative of the brand in Mexico,



participating in various activities.
- Supervise sales projects.
- Networking to gather higher level industry contacts for the company.
- Develop new major account in Mexico for Mexico as well as for Mexico distributors.
- Manage major accounts in Mexico with the distributors.
- Motivate and inspire with their knowledge and understanding of the benefits and potential market for the product.
- Provide corporate and sales feedback to the Head of Sales and General Management onprogress, obstacles and success to allow any necessary corrections in research development and marketing in the territory.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, product training and other events.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Miscellaneous duties to support the team.
**Your profile**:





- University or college degree, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a sales or business development in the automotive, aerospace, home appliances, medical/pharmaceutical industry or related industry with a strong existing network.
- Ideally, familiar with modular building kit systems to design and manufacture industrial solutions such as machine frames, safety fences, flow racks, transport carts, workstations, linear motion.
- Consultative sales - Ability to understand customer needs to match products and service solutions, as well as to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Strong Sales Skills with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.




- Mechanical Aptitude - Gathering technical information from catalogs and other resources to answer a variety of questions.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- You work in a structured, independent way and always keep in sight the timing and goals
- Professional Skills at Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and with CRM Systems.
**We offer**:

- Fixed gross salary
- Variable gross salary: Commission based on every collected sales.
- All the benefits of law by contract and higher such as SGMM, Life Insurance and Savings Fund.
- Vacation: 10 days per year with salary paid from year zero, after the first 3 months.
- Mobility support or business travels.
- Fixed term contract for 3 months, with extension to 1 year or indefinite time depending on performance.
- Advanced English skills.
