The Opportunity
This role provides IT oversight, relationship management, and IT product management capability for technology solutions and services delivered to Corporate Finance and Control business partners. It is a key point of contact for business partners in developing the technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with business on evaluation of new technology solutions and capabilities, gathering requirements and features for new solutions/capabilities, partnering with DevSecOps and other IT functions (e.g.,EA, I&O;) to plan and prioritize projects/support, and serves as a point of escalation to help address critical service issues as needed.
Your Impact
As Sector IT Sr Manager your scope would consist of:
The IT Lead for Corporate Finance & Control will be responsible for partnering with the business to develop the strategy and implement key solutions to support the business as well as ensuring stability of the systems and platforms needed to support ongoing business operations.
This business facing role will interact with all facets of IT, such as Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, Information Security, etc. Additional partnerships with IT finance, procurement, legal and 3rd Party vendor teams will be a must to ensure existing solutions are enhancedand maintained to ensure stable business support.
Qualifications:
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Years of Experience: 10+ years working in an IT or technical business facing
- A strong working knowledge of packaged apps, SAAS solutions, database, network, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with IT, vendor, and business teams working at remote locations
- Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing
priorities
- Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture
- Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to persuade and influence decision making of key business and IT stakeholders
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Able to communicate technical or complex subject matter to senior leaders in simple business language
- A proactive and highly organized individual capable of successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and a proven track record of delivering results while managing competingand conflicting priorities
- Strategic thinker who can find opportunities to deliver business value through use of technology
- Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, distilling, and summarizing business requirements
