**Expertise & Experience**:- **Payroll Processing**: Experience collecting and verifying hours, entering data into QuickBooks, and processing payroll weekly.- **Invoicing & Account Reconciliation**: Issuing client invoices per client requirements, reconciling accounts, processing AR/AP, and assisting with financial tracking.
**Required Skills**:? Payroll Expertise - Proficiency in QuickBooks for payroll processing and invoice generation.? Organizational & Administrative Skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and employee communications.? CRM Management - Experience maintaining client records, updating job statuses,
