**Key Responsibilities**- Create and deliver insightful and persuasive presentations to clients and prospects.- Lead a team of managers and staff in delivering exceptional results across several clients.- Educate, ideate and support training teams in the development of programmatic strategies, best practices, and idea generation; ensure teams are set-upto support the media planning and buying process including research, plan development, campaign set-up, launch, and optimization.- Partner w/the Director, Partnerships to cultivate strong relationships with programmatic partners, including but not limited to DSPs, Ad Servers, measurement tools, inventory partners audience/contextual targeting partners, DCO providers,
and DMPs.- Maintain and communicate ongoing updates to programmatic marketing to broader teams.- Oversee channel revenue growth and key departmental project initiatives that have a strategic and organizational-wide impact, to include piloting new test programs and rolling out successful pilot programs to the broader programmatic team.- Oversee agency processes to ensure execution, optimization, and best practices are followed across teams; identify and develop new workflow processes as needed to ensure maximum team efficiency.- Lead the development and implementation of best practices in programmatic marketing for clients across Rise; oversee company-wide initiatives related to advancements in the programmatic space; identify gaps in process or strategic vision, lead the charge on developing a solution then circulating and enacting change within the agency.- Identify and develop new reporting standards for clients to enhance storytelling around success of programmatic media.- Maintain and communicate ongoing updates to programmatic marketing to broader teams
