**Responsibilities**:- Project manage SIOP transformation workstreams and Global Business Process initiatives.- Lead respective PS/Print/Hybrid Divisional SIOP (L3 level) monthly alignment with cross functional senior management.- Compile and report on cross-functional Metrics/KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of the SIOP process.- Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross functional change management to enable a mature SIOP process.- Support improve the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in using the new SIOP tools and processes.- Project manages implementation of improvements to the SIOP process and transformation.- Supports improvements for operations plan and to incorporate customer needs into operations plans.- Supports standardized best practices for process improvement change across PS/Print/Hybrid and oversees its implementation in SIOP and provides guidance on improvement processes.Education and Experience Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance or related field.- Typically 6 - 10 + years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management with a Supply Chain (SCOR) focus and 1 - 2+ years' experience in SIOP/ S&OP;/ IBP- ASCM/APICS and IBF/S&OP; (SIOP) certifications, or certified Lean/Six Sigma a plus.Knowledge and Skills- Excellent leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strategic thinking and forward planning ability.- MS Power BI a plus- SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a plus- ML / AI-GenAI experience a plusLI-POST
