GSS Indirect Buyer (SO-CO-02)**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**- Managing Procurement operations for Indirect Material and Services in a geographical scope.- All purchases below 50kEuros- Purchases above 50kEuros : Support tactical buyers and CM/RCM teams (RFQ management, Business award preparation, New vendors onboarding, etc.
)- Key focus areas:- Working in SAP ARIBA, ARIBA S2C for eRFQs, other systems for Vendor Creation- Monitor supplier Performance (QCDT) and delivering Cost Savings- Promote and support new buying channel implementation as per ramp-up objectives**ORGANISATION****Organization structure (job belongs to..)**Procurement / Global shared services, Efficiency and Digital transformation**Reports directly to**:GSS Indirect Procurement Operations Manager**Other reporting to**:NA**Direct reports**:NA**Network & **Links**:- Strong links and common processes with the Site buyers and the CM/RCM team- Stakeholder relationships with Requesters and their management Common actions with Content Management Team for buying channels ramp-up**Internal**- Requestor Community- Regional/cluster/site procurement**External**- Suppliers- Business associations**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**- **Supplier relationship**:- Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances)- Monitor day to day suppliers performances and issues- Management of initial issues before escalation to Site buyers, GSS Operation Manager, or site management- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
