**About the Role**We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager in managing wholesale and distribution sales, customer communications, and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with experience in sales coordination, CRM management, and administrative support.
**Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale & Distribution Support**- Manage wholesale and distribution orders on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.- Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and distribution customers, responding to inquiries and providing support.- Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing order logistics.
**Sales & Marketing Coordination**- Create and update wholesale marketing materials using Canva.- Assist in the development and execution of wholesale promotions and campaigns.- Support lead generation efforts by researching potential wholesale partners and managing outreach lists.
**CRM & Lead Management**- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.- Track leads, follow-ups,
and sales opportunities to support business growth.- Organize and analyze customer data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
**Administrative & Executive Support**- Assist the Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.- Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.- Track and oversee key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative in optimizing workflows.
**Who You Are**- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.- Experience in sales coordination, account management, or business development support.- Familiar with Shopify, Canva, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce,
or similar platforms is a plus).- Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships professionally.- Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy, with the ability to work independently
