**This position can be based in Hermosillo or Cananea Sonora State.
****Summary**Responsible for sales leadership, profitable growth, development and expansion of the Mine solution Siemens LD portfolio.
Properly co-ordinate implementation of Siemens LD regional and global sales strategies and initiatives.Management of the relationship with end User, Channels and business partners within the region.
**Essential Functions****Functional (Sales)**- Achieve and exceed the region sales goals.- Analyze and monitors sales results providing direction to the sales force where needed.- May be individually responsible of the sales for assigned customers KAM and directly develop selected new potential accounts within the region- Collaborate with channels management to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage and provide appropriated customer orders fulfillment- Business- Develop and implement business strategies and sales objectives within the geographical area that are consistent with the regional direction.- Effectively manage resources within annual operating plan and approved expense budgets.- Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business Siemens LD**Leadership**- Ensure adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools (i.E.
Siesales).- Ensure adequate account planning according to Siemens standards.- Drive performance driven culture by setting smart goals, track performance regularly, give open & honest feedback and provide relevant reward & recognition- Maintain a high level of staff competence, team spirit and well being through continuous evaluation, training and motivation
