En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.Brand Manager Sr.Your Tasks & Responsibilities:Integrated marketing plan development & execution:Lead the development of the integrated marketing plan to create a seamless multi-dimensional brand experience to achieve the KPIs defined (Brand Health, NS, FVE, FCA, SO & SI, DOH, Market Share) and guarantee the appropriate product position in the short,



medium and long term.Develop and execute plans along consumer and shopper journey.Foster digital excellence and evolution:Drives the decision-making process and inspire the creative development and plans (Data analytics, Content, Social media, Search engine optimization (SEO), Product/ux design & eCommerce).Turn data into business opportunities:Skillfully connects and interprets a wide set of data types from multiple sources to uncover key facts, patterns & trends with the aim of supporting the decision-making process for the Business Unit.Ensure excellent KOL/HCP concepts and contacts:Is clear on where, when, how the HCP influences decision making along the CSJ and creates a decisive action plan to leverage this.NPDs:Support in the development of new products.Adapt global brand/innovation strategies to local needs.Ensure outstanding launch preparation and execution.P&I;:Ensure smart distribution and accurate implementation of P&I; investment.Budget and StraCo:Give input in the short mid-term sales and market share forecasts.Leverage on market evolution analysis and competitive intelligence management in line with sales expectations and assigned investment budget.Forecast accuracy:Ensure monthly the sales and market share forecast for the different SKUs of the brands including promotional and samples.Trade, Mass Media & Digital investments:Collaborate with Trade, Media and Digital to identify and manage the correct investment and communication plan to the customers (both below and above line).Lead & collaborate with multifunctional teams in: campaign deployment, research and analysis, promotion, PR, media and advertising associated with assigned brands; assesses their success against plan (P&I; and P&L;).
Consumer Goods and Medical Team: KAMs, Top Retailers (i.E.
WalMart), Medical Associations, Key Opinion Leaders, Sales Force Team, Trade Marketing team, etc.Marketing Excellence:Deep understanding, knowledge, interpretation and usage of Marketing Excellence tools.International network: partner with GCBUs to develop actionable brand strategies and tactics.Leverage on the manager for providing feedback at international and national level
