**Virtual Sales Assistant****Remote | Full-Time | Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time (Day Shift)****About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting- Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria (Nurture, Warm, HOT).- Schedule sales appointments and assign them to the appropriate salesperson.- Respond to new leads within 5 minutes to maximize conversion.Customer Interaction & Support- Answer incoming inquiries, direct calls/messages, and handle lead inquiries.- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.- Two days a week,



answer the phone and direct messages where needed or address leads.CRM & Data Management- Maintain an up-to-date contact database/CRM.- Log all interactions and track lead progress in the CRM.- Monitor and analyze lead conversions, providing monthly performance reports.Sales Support & Outreach- Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients (Glass House, Textla).- Research services and FAQs to effectively address lead inquiries.- Call past clients and existing contacts for referrals.Performance & Growth- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.- Continuously improve through script memorization, objection handling, and process refinement.- Maintain a results-driven approach, exceeding lead conversion benchmarks.
**What We're Looking For**:- 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, or customer service.- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).- Effective and professional communication skills, both spoken and written, to engage with leads, clients, peers,



and teams.- Confidence in handling customer service & sales-related phone calls with a pleasing and professional phone voice.- Outstanding soft skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly during conversations.- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and master scripts, objection handlers, and call flows.- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and surpass lead conversion metrics.- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
**Key Activities & Duties**:- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for contact and conversions.- Manage and maintain the contact database system/CRM.- Answer and manage all leads from phone calls, website registrations, and other sources,



ensuring all communications are logged in the CRM.- Make contact with all leads within **5 minutes** (speed to lead).- Qualify leads into Nurture, Warm, or HOT categories before scheduling appointments or transfers.- Follow up on lead status and assist with nurture follow-ups when necessary.- Prospect for new clients daily via platforms such as Glass House and Textla.- Research services and gather relevant information to answer lead inquiries effectively
