As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Contract Logistics in Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and a passionate leader who can drive our talent acquisition efforts to new heights.
** Your Role**: The role leads recruitment for the Contract Logistics business unit across the Latina America Region, including office roles, start-up operations, and high-volume recruitment for fulfillment and delivery (warehouse) roles.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract Logistics across Latin America region
- Meets regularly and builds strong relationships with Contract Logistics and Human Resources leaders to ensure recruitment and sourcing activities are aligned with current business goals and upcoming customer needs.
- Tracks and analyzes recruitment data related to team performance, shares regular and comprehensive reports with business leaders.
- Manages vendor relationships and maintains agency relationships responsible for Contract Logistics recruitment preferred suppliers.
- Works closely with the Talent Attraction and Sourcing leader to oversee talent pipelining activities.
- Utilizes talent mapping insights to inform and advise stakeholders.
- Point of contact for strategic talent attraction activities pertaining to Contract Logistics including internal and external campaigns, events/networking groups, job boards and partnerships.
- Ensures workload is adequately allocated across the team according to capabilities and complexity of work.
- Manages team performance
- sets clear performance goals, provide continuous direction, tracks individual performance, provides timely feedback, documents performance concerns,
conducts regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews.
- Manages Contract Logistics Latin America recruitment team budget.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition leaders and business leaders to align short
- and long-term recruitment strategies with Contract Logistics hiring goals
- engage stakeholders to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
- Plays a key role in start-up operations across Latin America and drives recruitment plan and direction
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a people manager.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment, preferably in freight forwarding or warehousing light manufacturing type environment.
- Sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and prioritizing workloads.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
- Fluency in Portuguese will be considered a significant advantage.
