facilities and tools for RS sites and depots- Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle- Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations- Continuously optimizing SOP's.- Implement REX (**R**eturn of **E**xperience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project
