**Job Posting: Business Development Coordinator (Wholesale & Distribution)**
**Location**: Remote (Full-Time)
**Salary**: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager in managing wholesale and distribution sales, customer communications, and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with experience in sales coordination, CRM management, and administrative support.
**Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale & Distribution Support**
- Manage wholesale and distribution orders on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and distribution customers, responding to inquiries and providing support.
- Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing order logistics.
**Sales & Marketing Coordination**
- Create and update wholesale marketing materials using Canva.
- Assist in the development and execution of wholesale promotions and campaigns.
- Support lead generation efforts by researching potential wholesale partners and managing outreach lists.
**CRM & Lead Management**
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities to support business growth.
- Organize and analyze customer data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
**Administrative & Executive Support**
- Assist the Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Track and oversee key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative in optimizing workflows.
**Who You Are**
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales coordination, account management, or business development support.
- Familiar with Shopify, Canva, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce,
or similar platforms is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy, with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for the beauty, wellness, or skincare industry is a plus!
