HR benefits, or healthtech.Your Role & Responsibilities Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification – Understand trends, competition, and expansion potential.
B2B Sales & Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Strategic Negotiations – Close high-value deals and partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
Expansion & Business Development – Drive market penetration and service diversification.
Pipeline & CRM Management – Keep an active deal flow, using CRM tools to track and optimize sales efforts.What You Need to Apply 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & business development.
Proven success in closing corporate deals, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking methodologies.
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
