We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management solutions, and location-aware applications.Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks.Building trusting relationships by interpreting emotions and behaviors from the team member in an environment of continuous feedback.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Create development plans for cell leaders growing their share competences level.Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement).Administrate and ensure operation and production plan to achieve key indicators from the area.Develop and implement process improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity,
and service level.Minimum RequirementsBachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredMinimum of 4 years of experience as Production Coordinator or equivalent.Experience leading Production Supervisors.Open for rotational shifts (Day & Night shifts).High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Able to read and analyze data and charts.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels.Passion for people.Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.Lean Manufacturing expertise.Willingness to accommodate extended work hours and manage a high volume of tasks is required.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
