**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
The Senior Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for data collection and analytics and will play a critical role in the reporting and communication processes.
The role also plays a vital part in enhancing and fostering a culture of sustainability, thereby contributing to the overall success and advancement of sustainability goals.
**Your Impact**
As LATAM Sustainability Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Streamline and redesign existing reports and dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy, reduce redundancy, and improve understanding of results
- Track key sustainability performance metrics and dashboards to ensure Latam's performance is accurately communicated to stakeholders
- Process map critical data flow to ensure that data in the system has completeness and integrity
- Generate updated reports and required documents regarding pep+ progress, status and committees
- Maintain the pep+ project management tool up to date, ensure its use and updating.
- Obtain approval for external reporting of information to be included in external communications related to sustainability
- To actively participate in and provide technical support to the team responsible for processes, activities, and programs aimed at expanding the pep+ culture and training
- Support Green Teams strategy implementation across sector
- Generate the information for the pep+ sector newsletter or any designated periodic communication tool, encompassing all pillars, regions, and businesses
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?

**Education**:
- Professional / bachelor's in engineering,
business or related field
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years' experience in contributing to engagement, reporting and projects in Sustainability
- Ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of data into clear and concise presentations and reports.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrates robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas graphically or visually for effective communication.
- Exhibits clear and effective verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, facilitating communication internally across all levels of operations and management.
- Consistently adapts own and team's work towards the right priorities
- Collaborates well with others to deliver result
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI and/or Tableau
This position will be located at any Latam location with less than 10% travel.
