This is a remote position across Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Crafting a clear product vision and strategy.
Developing comprehensive roadmaps informed by market trends, clinical needs, and innovations in molecular diagnostics.
Partnering with clinical experts to ensure products align with laboratory workflows and clinical expectations.
Leading the creation of cutting-edge features for variant classification, interpretation, and reporting within oncology.




Managing the integration of clinical databases, annotation tools, and updated guidelines.
Collaborating with bioinformatics teams to prioritize product features and oversee development.
Incorporating machine learning and AI into variant interpretation capabilities.
Acting as a product ambassador and technical expert during customer engagements.
Engaging with molecular pathology labs and cancer centers to understand workflow requirements.
Assisting marketing teams with effective messaging for clinical genomics audiences.
Providing technical expertise to support the sales team in client discussions.
Driving innovation in NGS analysis tools and clinical interpretation techniques.
Ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Overseeing seamless integration with laboratory information and electronic health record systems.
Establishing quality metrics and validation processes for product development.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, genomics, computational biology,



or a related discipline, along with 7+ years of experience in clinical genomics or molecular diagnostics, particularly in NGS-based applications.
A minimum of 5 years in product management roles, specifically for clinical software or diagnostics.
Expertise in clinical variant interpretation and reporting workflows.
Familiarity with clinical laboratory processes and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
A strong foundation in cancer genomics and molecular oncology.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with clinical stakeholders.
