We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Advance Planning Engineering, **based in Engineering Center, **Cd.
Juarez, Chihuahua**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As an advanced planning engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on the development of RFQs (Requests for Quotations) for New Businesses for E-Systems, this requires the estimation of tooling and equipment (cost - quantity) in advanced programs and engineering changes, as well as support in the preparation of capital plant (CAPEX) and their maintenance and you will have an excellent opportunity to work on building projects and new programs.
**Your Task will be**
- Initiate Capital Plan for budget purposes and maintain Capex document in monthly basis.
- Responsible to develop tooling and equipment estimation for advance programs and engineering changes.
- Responsible to initiate capital requirement expending approvals documents (PAR / PrePAR).
- Responsible to provide manufacturing expertise input (Tooling, equipment, process) on the QIE meetings
- Communicate with the different plants teams and areas to determine the preliminary manufacturing plans
- Present to upper management new business plants and participate in the decision making for footprint decisions
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Understand wiring manufacturing systems (methods/product engineering desirable).
- Knowledge in Macros, Power Point, Auto Cad, Acrobat, Imagination.
- Education: Bachelor on Engineering Field preferable (Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mfg Systems).
- Experience: Maintenance and control of capacity analysis and tooling and equipment estimations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Lean Manufacturing Experience.
- Willing to travel and learn manufacturing systems, customer and industry specs
- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
