Job responsibilities Creation and updating of dashboards for monitoring KPIs Control of workloads of the area: Needs vs. Resources Proactively participate in meetings and help create new practices Help management to identify issues and find solutions Collect and Prepare Data : Generate and maintain a wide range of business reports.
Extract information from existing databases and prepare it for analysis.
Create, manage, and control processes and systems for the extraction and handling of critical data.
Work with data structures and metadata to ensure data consistency, security, and accessibility.
Analyze Information : Analyze and interpret data, standardizing, studying, and synthesizing the information to produce new knowledge.
Exercise good judgment when analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for information users.
Prepare Reports : Prepare documents and presentations for users, including area management.
Prepare business tracking reports and performance indicator reports for stakeholders.
Design Reporting Tools and Reports : Design and develop tools and reports that are then implemented throughout the organization.
Develop databases and systems to enter, manage, and protect an organization's data.
Use data exploitation tools and techniques to design and implement these systems, collaborating with IT professionals as needed to troubleshoot system issues and train employees in their use.
Collaboration with Business Teams and Managers and External Team Leadership :
Work and meet with business personnel to gather requirements and specifications for the development and improvement of tools and reports.
Work directly with teams and their leaders to understand their needs and continuously design improvement solutions.
Qualifications What we're looking for • Associates degree preferred or equivalent • Experience in clinical research/pharma/biotech or related field considered in lieu of degree • Ability to successfully prioritize and work on multiple tasks • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to embrace new technologies Get to know Syneos Health Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.
