Customer Success Manager Spain (Fully Remote) (Fluent English and French Language skills Required) We are looking for a driven Customer Success Manager who will support the growth of the SASE business across EMEA at a global leading cybersecurity business.
Initially a 12-month contract with the possibility of going permanent, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will ensure the customer is getting the best out of the service.
The preferred location for this role is Madrid, Spain, but the hiring manager is open to candidates based anywhere in Spain who meet the qualifications.
As this role supports customers across EMEA, some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones.
Responsibilities: Support customer engagement and ensure satisfaction with services.
Provide technical advice to clients and address escalations.
Meet project deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years in Customer Success, network/system engineering, cybersecurity engineering, project management or similar roles.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and network security.
Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL preferred).
Ability to influence stakeholders, drive engagement, and solve business challenges.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this role.
