We are looking for a talented Commodity Manager (senior sourcer) to join our team in Ciuad Juárez o San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the team responsible for Latin America for MRO purchases and investments or capital.
- Develop MRO purchase strategies and investments or capital for Latin America, aligned to the Corporate.
- Execute projects to reduce MRO costs and investments or capital, through bidding processes.
- Execute complex negotiations, from key contracts for MRO and investments or capital, to resolution of problems.
- Supervise indicators and participate in internal and external audits.
Ensure Compliance.
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
- Bachelor´s in Commerce or related.
- Advanced conversational English
- Solid experience in purchasing MRO
- At least 3 years in sourcing.
- Familiar with generating buy strategy
- Experience with personnel management.
- Strong knowledge in Tenders, ideally in MRO.
- Skills in contract management, Category strategy development,
Balance stakeholder and supplier performance evaluation
