The Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator in coordination with the CSR team in Mexico will design, implement, manage, measure and report I&D; and Pro bono programs and initiatives of the Firm in Mexico.
Locally lead regional and global CSR initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (GENERAL ISSUES)
- Interact with chambers and external networks
- Manage budget forecast
- Participate in CSR and I&D; awards, surveys, certifications and rankings
- Communications: Work closely with BD & Comms team to design an external communications campaign throughout the year about CSR and I&D; issues.
- CSR Annual Report:
Consolidate local information about the Mexican offices advances to be included in the annual CSR external report that serves as the UNGC's Communication on Progress.
- INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY (I&D;)
- Events: Coordinate I&D; focused internal and external events
- Affiliative networks: Work closely with the two ERG (Baker Pride + Allies & Baker Women)
- Gender equality: Develop initiatives to advance gender equality, including the Women Empowerment Principles (WEP's) and other local groups and projects.
- LGBT+ inclusion: Promote initiatives for the inclusion on the LGBT+ community internally and externally, including the Human Rights Campaign certification for our Mexican offices.
- Disability: Manage the internal and external program for the inclusion of people with disabilities.
- Race & Ethnicity: Support the implementation of the racial equity program.
- PRO BONO
- Projects: Manage and coordinate attorney participation in regional pro bono projects
- Clearing houses: Work closely with clearing-houses and special projects, events and recognitions
- Client projects: Team with clients to promote pro bono work
- Metrics:
Design strategies to encourage people to engage in pro bono legal work
- Events: Develop initiatives and events to promote pro bono work within the Firm and externally
- Work with entrepreneurs: Work closely with accelerators and other key contacts to provide pro bono work to social entrepreneurs.
**Skills and Experience**:
Having conducted social responsibility programs in companies, specifically:
- Diversity and inclusion project management, for both internal and external purposes
- Event organization with stakeholders
- Organization of volunteering activities or working groups
- Internal and external communication strategies
- Experience in the development of CSR reports
- Good Public Relationship abilities and experience
Skills required include:
- Research, Project management, Negotiation, Leadership, Initiative,
Proactivity Creativity, Teamwork, Networking, Flexibility and Independence
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
- Capable of handling efficiently and effectively multiple projects at the same time and working under pressure
- Excellent time management and skills.
- Use of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Able to design bulletins and other kinds of visual material.
- Advanced English level is a must
