Team Overview
The HRBP Senior Manager will partner with the SSL Food Delivery business to align people strategies with business objectives. This role will focus on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and cultural development while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. By leveraging HR expertise, the HRBP Senior Manager will drive sustainable growth, build a high-performing team, and foster an engaging work environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner Strategically: Collaborating with leadership as a trusted advisor to support decision-making in areas like Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Attraction, Talent Development, Culture, and Engagement.
- Driving the People Agenda: Supporting the execution of the People Cycle, aligning global and regional strategies to business priorities.
- Executing the Talent Strategy: Supporting the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities.
- Collaborating on HR Solutions: Partnering with HR stakeholders across employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, diversity, and employee advocacy.
- Supporting Workforce Planning: Leading succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.
- Facilitating Change: Driving change management initiatives and improving processes to align with organizational goals.
- Building Strong Relationships: Fostering connections with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Role Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HRBP or related HR leadership role for +5 years,
and over 10 years of experience in HR, ideally supporting dynamic business units in diverse, global and high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency in local labor laws and experience managing complex labor cases.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strategic thinker with an external perspective on market trends and talent dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture, especially within commercial teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
