International oil and gas company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager.Develop commercial relationships with key players in the automation industry.Sobre nuestro cliente Our customer is a large-scale organisation for the industrial and automation sector with a strong international presence.
Descripción Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to reach the organization´s goals.Establish and maintain strong, long term relationship with clients.Identify business opportunities and negotiate contracts with the objective of maximising profit.Coordinate with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.Present sales, income,
and expenses reports.Participate in conflict resolution and attention to customer complains.Be updated on market trends and competitive challenges.Comply with policies and regulations of the company.Perfil buscado The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineer or related field.Proven experience as Sr. Account Manager in industrial or automation sector.Experience in long sales cycles.Knowledge of automation and control systems.Knowledge in the chemical, petrochemical, mining and/or pharmaceutical sector.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build relationships with all level clients.Solid knowledge in MS Office and CRM software.Excellent teamwork abilities.Advanced English (verbal and written).Qué Ofrecemos Salary range of 70,000-90,000MXN gross monthlyBenefits above the law (PSL)Positive and collaborative work environment.Professional growth opportunities.Hybrid work schedule.
