The position is based in the following cities: Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Málaga, Álava or Zaragoza (Hybrid).
We are looking for a Conversational AI Consultant (+5 years of experience) with strong technical skills and excellent English communication abilities to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements: Experience in one of the common programming languages, such as Java or Python (+5 years).
Experience in the design and development of chatbots and voicebots (CAI).
Experience in NLP, NLU, virtual agents/chatbots, text analytics, search and knowledge management.
Ability to research machine learning (ML) frameworks and technologies and apply them in working prototypes.
Experience in training dialog systems based on historical chat conversations or large amounts of user-generated content.
Nice to have: COGNIGY expert knowledge.
