Client Growth Manager Barcelona, Spain | Full Time We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Growth Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients within the digital advertising industry.
As a member of the Growth team, you will focus on driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and fostering long-term retention.

Your mission: As a Client Growth Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary contact.

nurturing relationships, and ensuring long-term client retention by maintaining consistently renewed advertising budgets.
You will identify strategic growth opportunities, develop tailored initiatives, and build long-lasting partnerships with your clients.

Key responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of direct clients and advertising agencies across multiple verticals.
Client Engagement: Act as primary day-to-day point person with the clients for all their questions, related issues, and suggestions, providing strategic recommendations.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to achieve client growth objectives.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture trust-based relationships by leading regular check-ins, reviewing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Supply, Finance) to ensure client goals are met and align efforts across departments.
Strategic Growth: Proactively anticipate client needs, identify pain points, and propose creative upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with our product offerings.
Billing and Reporting: Manage billing processes, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate invoicing on a monthly basis.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies for in-app performance marketing campaigns, aligning advertiser objectives with company goals.
Data Analysis: Leverage tools like Excel, Appsflyer, and Adjust to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Skills and requirements: 1 year experience in Account Management or a related role.
Basic understanding of the digital advertising industry; familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts (e.g., MMPs, tracking links, postbacks) is a plus.
Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
